On the Volley is a soccer game that requires the use of only one button. On the Volley features simple controls, but requires pinpoint timing and coordination in order to succeed.

There is no way to explicitly win or lose in On the Volley, but your objective is to score as many points as possible before time runs out. This soccer game consists of two forty-five-second halves, after which, the game will end. Score is determined by placement of the ball inside of the goal as well as the amount of power used to hit the ball. You gain more points if the power bar is stopped inside of the green zone.

On the Volley only requires the use of one button: the spacebar or the left mouse button. I find the spacebar to be more comfortable, but if you prefer using the left mouse button, you may do so. Press the button once to cause your teammate to kick the ball in from the corner, pres it a second time to start the power bar, than press it a third time to attempt to kick the ball. The clock is always ticking in this soccer game, so the faster you get the ball in, the more goals you can potentially score!

It may be difficult to score at first in this soccer game, but once you get a good rhythm, you can repeat the same actions using the same timing repeatedly to keep scoring goals. The gameplay of On the Volley does not change as time goes on, so you are guaranteed success if you repeatedly use the same rhythm. Just remember that you will have to start your kick before the ball is directly in front of you, or you will be sure to miss.

On the Volley is a soccer game that will test your timing. At first it may be frustrating, but you will become addicted once you get the hang of scoring goals in this soccer game!
