If you just get the ball passed them and it hits the wall on either side of the net, the ball will simply bounce back. You're also able to move from left to right instead of just up and down. That gives you more option for controlling your character but still isn't quite as complicated as many of the other soccer games online.

Vick Football isn't a difficult game at all. In fact, it's probably among the easiest soccer games online. If you're looking for a game that will put your kills to the test and that offers a high degree of challenge, this isn't the game for you. That doesn't mean this game doesn't have appeal though. This one is the perfect time killer. It's addictive and entertaining. It can be frustrating. It just isn't a game that requires a lot of skill and strategy. You need to have fairly fast reflexes but as long as you pay attention to where the ball is and can figure out where it can be expected to go based on that, you should be able to do fairly well. There is no set number of goals you need to get in order to win the game and there is no limit on how many goals you are able to miss. This isn't a three strikes and you're out sort of game. Instead, you are given two and a half minutes to score as many goals as you possibly can. If you get more goals than your opponent, you win. It's as simple as that. It is really that simplicity that makes this game so appealing. In a genre where most games seek to be as complicated as possible and throw as many bells and whistles into the mix as they can to make the game more interesting, this one sticks to the idea that people don't need all the extras to be entertained.

Music fans are going to appreciate Vick Football because you get to choose to play as one of five members of popular rock band Del Amitri. You might know Del Amitiri from their hit song 'Roll to Me'; a catchy, upbeat tune with a video that featured the faces of the band members superimposed on babies in strollers. More experienced players are going to love the chance to do something a little different without being bored while newcomers to soccer games are going to love the basic and easy to use controls. If you're having trouble with the game and are using the arrow keys for navigation, consider trying to use the mouse. The mouse doesn't allow you to move from side to side, but it does move the character a little more smoothly. This is a great game to kill a little time with but don't be surprised if you spend a little more time playing than you intend to.
